Ronald Robbins is a highly accomplished public servant and military veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience across federal government, military, and private sector collaboration. Most recently, he served as Branch Chief for Operations and Insights Management at FEMA, where he specialized in emergency management, contract oversight, and fostering public-private partnerships. Robbins directed national-level operational activities and information management strategies, notably overseeing the National Business Emergency Operations Center (NBEOC) to ensure effective coordination between government and industry during disaster response.

A certified Contracting Officer Representative (Level II) with an active Secret security clearance, Robbins has managed multi-million-dollar contracts, led geospatial and data governance initiatives, and delivered executive briefings to senior leaders. His prior roles include Program Analyst and NBEOC Manager, where he facilitated information sharing during over 50 federal disaster activations and played a key role in major events like Hurricane Helene & Milton.

Robbins’s military service includes leadership positions in the U.S. Army and National Guard Bureau, focusing on logistics, systems integration, and operational contracting. He holds a master’s in Acquisitions Management from Central Michigan University, a bachelor’s in business administration from Davenport University, and a Leadership Decision Making certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.
