Victoria Stennes is a highly respected executive with extensive expertise in emergency response management across the aviation, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. She has held leadership roles with Delta Air Lines, JetBlue Airways, Avelo Airlines, and STERIS PLC. Victoria has led responses to high-profile business crises, including airline accidents, cybersecurity attacks, labor actions, and other critical incidents.

Throughout her career, she has played an active role in crisis planning and on-site recovery efforts, providing direct leadership in family assistance, employee support, and command center operations following multiple airline accidents, including Delta Flights 191, 1141, and 1288.

Before the Aviation Disaster Family Assistance Act assigned family support responsibilities to the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, Victoria created and led Delta Air Lines’ first emergency response team. This dedicated group of 250 trained employees supported survivors and families after an accident. She also established Delta’s internal protocols for employee support, drawing on her experience assisting thousands of flight attendants worldwide in the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Victoria later earned her certification in Transportation Disaster Response – Family Assistance from the NTSB.

As an advisor, facilitator, and speaker, Victoria shares her insights on creating exceptional customer experiences through trust, collaboration, communication, and employee engagement. In 2024, she was recognized among the Top 100 Global Trailblazers by Constellation Research for her leadership in evolving both employee and customer experience.

Victoria completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, the Clients for Life Account Management Certification from Kennesaw State College of Business, and holds a CTI Executive Coach Certification.
