
Sakshi Batra is a senior communications professional with 15+ years of experience across high stakes aviation and global corporate environments, advising leadership teams and shaping integrated communication strategies where reputation, stakeholder trust and business outcomes intersect.
Her career spans some of the world’s most recognised aviation brands, including IndiGo, Jet Airways and Virgin Atlantic, alongside organisations across healthcare, global development, technology and professional services. At IndiGo, she spent 12 years leading its communications, across agency and in house roles, including communications around the airline’s IPO and fleet expansion. She later led Corporate Communications at Jet Airways during its revival mandate, working across complex business, litigation, stakeholder and reputational challenges.
Her global experience includes leading and defining the strategic narratives around India visits by Sir Martin Sorrell, Boris Johnson and Richard Branson.
Beyond aviation, Sakshi has worked with organisations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Lancet, IAVI, Sanofi, MSD, Apollo Hospitals, IIFT, Accenture and Orange Business Services.
Her expertise spans crisis and litigation communications, corporate reputation, media and government engagement, stakeholder management, executive positioning and strategic communications. She works closely with leadership teams to strengthen stakeholder trust, protect business continuity and navigate regulatory, reputational and investor risk.
She holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communications with a specialisation in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi.
