As Vice President of Response Readiness at GoCrisis, Adrian leads our global preparedness program, ensuring that our people, kits, and protocols are always ready to respond—long before a crisis strikes. Whether managing readiness during “blue sky” days or coordinating complex deployments in the midst of high-impact incidents, Adrian plays a pivotal role in our mission to care for people during their most difficult moments.

With over 27 years of experience in risk mitigation across sectors including aviation, insurance, logistics, and agriculture, Adrian brings both strategic insight and operational precision to every stage of crisis management. He has directed responses to aviation accidents, building explosions, crew fatalities, international repatriations, and mental health emergencies.

In his dual role as CMC Manager and Incident Director, Adrian is part of the GoCrisis leadership team, ensuring clients receive calm, compassionate, and professional support when it matters most. He provides direct support to our global network of responders during activations, helping them deliver exceptional care in the field.

Adrian also oversees the financial and operational reporting throughout an incident, managing personnel costs, expenditure, and activity reporting to ensure transparency, accountability, and value for our clients and their insurers.
