Barbara brings a steady presence and strong organizational focus to GoCrisis, playing a key role in supporting operations and crisis management activities. As GoResponder Coordinator, she oversees the entire programme, ensuring responders are well prepared, supported, and ready to assist during activations. She also leads the ongoing recruitment of new GoResponders to maintain a strong and diverse global team and ensures all team members receive thorough training and clear deployment guidance.

A GoResponder Team Lead since 2018, Barbara has responded to multiple high-profile incidents, including data breaches, product recalls, and humanitarian events. In each case, she provided clear communication, efficient coordination, and linguistic support, helping clients navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and care. She has also contributed to client training courses on Crisis Communications, Family Assistance, and Care Team, further enhancing operational readiness across the organization.

Barbara’s prior experience as an Administrative and Commercial Assistant and Office Manager provided expertise in operational coordination, international supplier relations, ERP and CRM management, and commercial support. Her background in customer facing roles has strengthened her communication, adaptability, and multitasking abilities, allowing her to manage diverse demands while maintaining high standards of service. Attentive, proactive, and collaborative, she is a dependable resource in both day-to-day operations and high-pressure situations.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from Cardiff University, enhancing her linguistic and cross-cultural communication skills. GoCrisis is pleased to welcome Barbara to our team, and we look forward to the many ways she will support our team members and clients around the world.
