
Tracy Gaunt is a specialist in aviation medicine and emergency crisis management, with more than 35 years of frontline and leadership experience in pre-hospital care, global training, and high-risk operational response.
Tracy spent 22 years embedded within the aviation industry, designing and delivering first aid and medical emergency programmes for airlines worldwide. Her work has equipped cabin crew and aviation personnel with the skills and confidence to manage in-flight medical emergencies, directly supporting passenger safety across global operations. This extensive, aviation-specific expertise positions Tracy as a recognized authority at the intersection of clinical preparedness, operational resilience, and aviation safety.
Her crisis leadership experience includes serving in multiple Incident Command roles during mass-casualty incidents, where she led multidisciplinary teams in time-critical, high-consequence environments. She also brings considerable expertise in the human aspects of crisis response, including post-incident debriefing, responder wellbeing, and resilience programmes.
As Manager of Instructors for EMEA and Asia Pacific at MedAire, a GoCrisis partner, Tracy leads international training strategies in aviation and remote medicine. Her previous roles include positions with Ornge Air Ambulance, Canada 3000 Airlines, and Perth County Paramedic Services.
Tracy holds an MSc in Instructional Design and Technology and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration in Emergency Services Management.
